1. Return Period
You may return any unused saree within 03 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed, with all tags attached.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at bnssareecentre@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 – 7 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Sarees that have been worn or washed
- Custom-made or personalized sarees
5. Shipping Fees
Please note that shipping fees for returning items are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over Rs.1000 to ensure they are returned safely.
6. Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different saree, please return the original item and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
