Exchange or Return of Goods
Exchange and Return Goods for BNS Saree Centre
1. Eligibility for Exchanges and Returns
Timeframe: Initiate an exchange or return within 2 business days from the date of delivery.
Condition of Products: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized products, as well as items marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for exchange or return.
2. Initiating an Exchange or Return
To process an exchange or return:
Contact Us: Email us at or call with your order number and reason for exchange or return.
Authorization: Our customer service will provide you with an Exchange/Return Merchandise Authorization (EMA/RMA) number and instructions.
Packaging: Securely package the item, including all original tags and packaging, and write the EMA/RMA number on the package.
Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service.
3. Shipping Costs
Defective or Damaged Items: If the exchange or return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the shipping costs.
Other Exchanges/Returns: For all other cases, the customer is responsible for shipping expenses.
4. Processing Exchanges
Exchange Options: Choose to exchange for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
Availability: If the desired item is unavailable, you may opt for a return or select an alternative product.
5. Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- In case of COD, bank details of the customer is required.
Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the exchange or return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges and Returns at Our Store
Items purchased online can be exchanged or returned at our physical store located in Varanasi, within the specified timeframe.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
Conditions for Non-Acceptance of Saree Returns at BNS Saree Centre
Customized or Altered Products: Sarees that have been customized, altered, or tailored as per customer specifications are not eligible for return or exchange.
Used or Worn Items: Products that have been worn, washed, or used in any manner are not acceptable for return.
Damaged or Soiled Products: Items that are returned in a damaged, soiled, or unsanitary condition will not be accepted.
Missing Tags or Packaging: Sarees returned without original tags, labels, or packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Late Return Requests: Return requests initiated after 2 days from the date of delivery will not be processed.
Sale and Promotional Items: Products purchased during sales or promotional periods may be subject to different return policies. Please refer to specific terms applicable to such items.
Non-Defective Products: If the return is initiated due to a change of mind or preference, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must be in original, unused condition.
